Meet Alex Farkouh, Managing Partner
Alex  has more than 15 years of experience in state, federal and commercial proposal development, and has successfully led numerous managed care, IT and behavioral health proposals.  Alex has project managed more than 100 state Medicaid proposals across the country and has successfully won more than $7 billion in business. Alex  entered the world of proposal writing after graduating from law school and deciding to pursue her passion for writing.  She is an accredited proposal manager and combines her marketing and proposal experience with her legal background, to bring a broad, strategic perspective, as well as a strong tactical approach.  Alex holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver.
Meet Sondra Stauffacher, Managing Partner
Sondra brings over 30 years of health care experience in the areas of performance improvement, care management, utilization management, program development and strategic planning. She has worked extensively with public sector clients to provide subject matter expertise and develop competitive proposals for long term care (ABD and MLTSS), acute care, behavioral health, dual eligible, and integrated care programs, resulting in clients winning over $20 billion in new and retained business. Prior to consulting, Sondra served as the Division Chief of Quality Management Operations for the Arizona Department of Health Services and was responsible for implementing a statewide quality management system for the Medicaid behavioral health system. Sondra also worked for the Arizona Medicaid authority and was tasked with monitoring the long- term care, acute care, and behavioral health services provided by managed care organizations. Sondra holds a Masters in Administration from Northern Arizona University.
Meet Audra Davis, Principal
Audra started her consulting career after 16 years working with community-based organizations in management, fund development, and communications. Since 2013, she has supported social service and for-profit organizations to secure funding from multiple sources, including Medicaid, Medicare, and other federal agencies such as the Department of Health, Department of Education, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, SAMHSA, and the National Institutes of Health. Audra has provided strategic planning, research, and proposal development for Medicaid plans across 19 states. Audra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas Tech University and certificates in strategic planning and proposal development.
Meet Rachel Cawley, Principal
Rachel has over 10 years of experience in business development, project management, strategic planning, proposal development, and program management. She helped develop and launch a Medicaid health plan in a state new to managed care, building relationships with strategic partners and operationalizing new program requirements. Rachel has carried out business development and proposal development efforts across 20+ states. She also helped manage a cross-sector partnership funding various university research projects to advance health care technologies that improve quality of care. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh with certificates in leadership and ethics and international business.
